CapexRadar is designed to answer three commercial questions: is the project real, when will procurement matter, and which suppliers are relevant?

1. Detect the project before the tender.

Large capital projects leave traces before a formal procurement package becomes obvious. Depending on the project, those traces can include land activity, planning agendas, permitting, utility filings, interconnection work, corporate announcements, financing, contractor appointments and hiring.

The point is not to treat every signal as a lead. The point is to combine independent evidence until a coherent project picture emerges.

2. Resolve entities and stakeholders.

Early-stage projects are often fragmented across project entities, property records, utilities, consultants, developers and contractors. CapexRadar connects those references into an evidence trail so a supplier can understand who sits upstream of a future equipment order.

Evidence first.

A source-backed fact and an analytical inference are not the same thing. CapexRadar's methodology keeps them separate so the user can judge confidence rather than receiving an unexplained lead score.

3. Score commercial relevance.

The opportunity framework evaluates five dimensions: evidence, commitment, equipment fit, timing and de-risking. A strong project is not automatically a strong supplier opportunity; the equipment package may already be awarded, the timing may be too early, or the project may lack a credible delivery path.

4. Translate project progress into procurement timing.

For a supplier, the useful output is not simply “a data center may be built.” It is a view of what equipment demand may follow, which party is likely to buy or specify it, what evidence supports that view and what event should be watched next.

5. Recheck when the evidence changes.

Project intelligence decays quickly. New utility filings, permit approvals, tenant commitments, design awards or contractor appointments can materially change both confidence and timing. CapexRadar is built around re-evaluation rather than a static project list.
